明後日からVU4に出張します。 期間は12月29日から31日です。　VU4と聞いて「なぬ？」と思う人は多いはずです。　超レアエンティティです。　そうです、アンダマンニコバル諸島です。

何とかこの機会にVU4での運用をしたく、インドの当局にお願いしたものの、やはりインドでのアマチュア無線ライセンスは一時的な旅行者に対しては不可能ということでした。　涙

仕方ありません、法を犯してまで運用をするつもりなどありません。　しかし、何とかこの機会を利用して無線実験をしてみたいものです。　ということでこんなことを考えてみました。

私はいつものように短波ラジオを持っていきますので、自由時間にSWLを行います。　すべてCWです。　聞く周波数は下記スポットの＋/－2kHz

• 3.506 MHz
• 7.006 MHz
• 10.106 MHz
• 14.006 MHz
• 18.076 MHz
• 21.006 MHz

これくらいかな、気が向いたらそれ以上の周波数も聞いてみますがおそらくこの季節ハイバンドは難しいでしょう。

短波ラジオを聴くときはTwitterでどの周波数を聞いているかTweetします。　コールが確認出来たらTwittterでコールバックします。リクエストがあればSWLカードも発行します。

インターネットの通信環境がどのようなものかわかりませんのでTwitterでアクセスできない場合もあります。

Got a chance to visit Andaman Nicobar Island VU4 from 29 Dec to 31 Dec 2018.  Yes it is the very rare entity of DXCC.

I tried to get a ham radio license to operate from VU4 but it cannot be made by rule in India.  However it is very rare chance to visit the Andaman Nicobar Isl in my life then I’m planning to do the following SWL pedition.  It is only CW mode.

I will announce the listening frequency in Twitter (account @jh0cjh ) and once I could get your call I will respond on twitter and issue the SWL card up on your request.

Mainly I will listen at the following spots +/- 2kHz depends on the propagation condition.

• 7.006 MHz
• 10.106 MHz
• 14.006 MHz
• 18.076 MHz
• 21.006 MHz

I have no idea about internet environment in Andaman Nicobar Island then the availability of my tweet is fully depends on its availablity.
